How Did i Transform My Body in 4 Weeks?
So, both the physiques that you see in the above posted picture are 4 weeks apart. This transformation was done for an online challenge that was hosted by Bodybuilding.com.
When i started my transformation i was weighing around 80kgs. And by the time i had finished my transformation i had lost only 2.5 Kgs. Seriously, i am not kidding. The weight difference in both the pictures is 2.5 Kgs. The reason i mentioned that was because when anyone starts working out,mostly they are obsessed with the term which is known as Bodyweight . I am sincerely asking you to please start looking away from your Bodyweight. Focus more on the overall body composition. Well, that’s a different blog that i will share my views on later.
Coming back to my transformation, following are the things which i followed and you can follow the same if they suit you
- Set Your Goal — You must be very sure about your physique 4 weeks down the line ( or whatever timeline you’ve decided). Depending on the timeline please be Realistic about your goals.
- Calorie Deficit — Create a calorie deficit in your life by either working out more or by eating a bit less. Since i had only 4 weeks, so i did both. I created a deficit of about 500 calories by increasing cardio and lowering my calorie intake.
- Dont go Low on Carbohydrates- Going low on carbs…
